TERMS OF SERVICE

When placing a commission, you agree with all the terms listed.
The listed prices include the base price only. The final price will be defined once all additional details have been confirmed.
Prices are final. No exceptions will be made unless I decide to make any.
You are not allowed to fully claim the finished product as your own and it is required proper credit when publishing it.
You are not allowed to resell the commissioned product under any circumstances.
Orders are not first-come first-served, meaning I won't accept a commission right away. Slots are limited and I will choose the requests based on what I'm more interested work with.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) currency and will appear differently in other currencies. This is important to keep in mind when discussing the final payment.
Payment is completed via PayPal, VGen or Ko-fi.
The payment is made upfront (payment paid in halves can be discussed* - the customer purchases 50% of the payment upfront and the additional 50% once I'm ready to deliver the finished commission work).

Once you submit a request form and I will review the filled-out information. If accepted, I will proceed to send you a proposal with the approximate price and time before we move forward.
Please provide as much detail as possible upfront. Your request must be provided with clear references and descriptions.
Additional details can be discussed and the final price will be decided.
Once I'm ready to start working on the commission I will send you an invoice/proposal via PayPal or VGen.
After I receive the payment I will begin working on the commission.
1 free revision of the sketch is included throughout the process. Additional revisions will cost an additional fee (limited*).
Once the commission is completed, I will send you a full-resolution folder of the commission via chosen platform (preferably Email).

I am allowed to decline deadlines depending on how tight they are. Deadlines must be discussed in advance.
All the work is made digitally. There will be no shipping, as of now.

I am allowed to refuse or cancel any order. If this case happens after the payment has been made, depending on the circumstances, a full refund of the payment will be returned.
You cannot cancel the order after the payment has been made. No refunds will be accepted after I've started the commission work.

If you receive a proposal from me, I expect a confirmation within 72 hours (3 working days). If not contacted within that time, the request may be cancelled.
You mustn't pressure me for the final product. It may take approximately a few days to a month to complete the commission product, depending on its complexity and the ongoing schedule. Otherwise, the client is immediately informed.
I will do my best to communicate as clearly as possible, as well as being flexible and understanding, whilst working on any feedback given.
