TERMS OF SERVICE

When commissioning me, you agree with all the terms listed.
The listed prices include the base price only. The final price will change depending on the complexity or difficulty of the commission.
The prices are final. No discounts will be made unless there's a valid reason for it, that I know of and consent.
You are not allowed to fully claim the finished product as your own and must credit me, the commission creator.
As the commission creator, I have the right to post or share the commission product on my social media platform, portfolio, etc.
You are not allowed to resell the commission under any circumstances.
Orders are not first-come first-served, meaning I won't accept a commission right away. Slots are limited and I will choose the requests based on what I find more interesting to work with.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) currency and will appear differently in other currencies. This is important to keep in mind when discussing the final payment.
Payment is completed via PayPal, VGen or Ko-fi.
The payment is made upfront (payment paid in halves can be discussed - you would pay 50% of the payment upfront and 50% once I'm ready to deliver the finished commission work).

You must submit a request form and I will review the filled-out information. If accepted, I will send you a proposal with the approximate price and time before we move forward.
Please provide as much detail as possible upfront. Your request must be provided with clear references and descriptions.
Extra details can be discussed and the final price will be decided. Including personal or commercial use.
Once I'm ready to start working on the commission I will you send an invoice via PayPal (if made through PayPal).
After I receive the payment I will begin working on the commission.
1 revision of the sketch will be made throughout the process. Additional revisions will cost an additional fee (maximum of 3 extra revisions).
Once the commission is completed, I will send you the full resolution folder of the commission via the chosen platform (preferably Email).

I am allowed to decline deadlines depending on how tight they are. Deadlines must be discussed in advance.
All the work is made digitally. There will be no shipping temporarily.

All commission types, except GFX commissions are initially set for personal use.
Commercial use can be discussed, charging an additional fee which will vary depending on its purpose; whether it's for streaming, content, merchandise, advertising, prints, etc.

I am allowed to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. If this case happens after the payment has been made, a refund of the full payment will be sent.
You cannot cancel the order after the payment has been made. No refunds will be accepted after I've started the commission work.

If you receive a proposal from me, I expect a confirmation within 72 hours (3 work days). If not contacted within that time, the request may be cancelled.
The client mustn't pressure me for the final product. It may take from 2 days to 1 month to complete the commission product. Otherwise, the client is immediately informed.
I will try my best to communicate professionally and politely, and it's expected a polite and respectful behavior in return.
